Facing an unplanned pregnancy can feel scary. You will have your own counselor who is focused on you and your wishes. You have the chance to speak with a counselor as often as you want to explore all of your options. You will not be alone or feel pressured to make a decision before you are ready. We can also speak with your friends, family, or significant other. All of your conversations are confidential.

We care for you and your baby. You might need more time after giving birth to make a plan for your baby – that’s what we’re here for! You can use our free interim care program to care for your baby after leaving the hospital. Loving families are trained in  providing your baby the tender care he or she needs while you talk to your social worker and make a plan together. You retain all your parental rights while your baby is in interim care and are free to visit and receive updates. While you’re making a decision, our pediatrician checks on your baby every week.

We can connect you with resources to provide long-term support. This includes prenatal care, housing, parenting support programs (mother-baby programs), health insurance, respite care, legal aid, WIC benefits, clothing & food assistance, and more. Your social worker will help you get connected to what you need.  We can assist you with transportation and pregnancy-related expenses.

You can call, text or email us anytime. Our counselors are on-call and will travel to meet you at a convenient time and place (within 100 miles of NYC).

As experienced professionals, we understand what others don’t. We’ll help you navigate difficult conversations or unwanted questions/comments from your friends, family, or doctor. People come to us from all walks of life including teenagers and undocumented immigrants.
