International Adoption Administrative Assistant New York Office Job Posted on June 18, 2010 The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to the management team in the international adoption department and the department as a whole.  The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills.  Will work closely with network agencies, assist with accreditation and re-accreditation projects (locally, as well as foreign countries), and provide research assistance.  Candidate will be responsible for other administrative functions such as records management, coordinating travel arrangements and meetings, generating reports, preparing correspondence, and will also be involved in other special projects as needed.  Good computer skills in MS Office - advanced knowledge of PowerPoint a plus.  Internet research knowledge needed.  BA a plus.
