JCICS Adoptee & Adoptive Parent Conference

On Saturday, March 20, 2010, JCICS will host its first Adoptee & Adoptive Parent Conference entitled Fulfilling Hope: Building and Supporting Families.  This information packed conference will have separate tracks for Pre and Post Adoptive Families as well as a track for Adult Adoptees (age 15+), where issues such as searching for birth families, maintaining contact with birth families, and the pros and cons of international adoption, from an adoptees perspective, will be discussed.  The Pre and Post Adoptive tracks will include information on medical, attachment and school issues as well as the adoption process.  Exhibitors providing services to families will be available throughout the day!  For more information or to register please refer to the JCICS website.
